Refund & Cancellations

Cancellations:

    • Customers will not have cancel option when they place the order. In that case, if you wish to cancel the order immediately, then you have to contact us through email [email protected]

    • Customers are not eligible for cancellation if the order has been shipped. If you want to cancel, then you have to contact us via [email protected] and give us genuine reason to cancel your order. 

Refund:

    • If your canceled order is prepaid, then we will initiate refund process by deducting 5% within seven working days.

Return Policy

No, we don’t accept the product from the customer once it is delivered. Our team will ensure the product will be printed and packed safely with the right product you order. We inspect the damage and quality of the product before we ship it. We will ensure you that no wrong product or damaged product will be delivered to you from veteranlabs.in Team. Even though without our conscious if you received different product or damaged then contact us at [email protected] or call us at +919845532735. We will make arrangement for replacement. However it is recommended to make an unpacking video for proof.
